Meagan grew up in Port Hope, ON and was involved in the Port Hope/Cobourg hockey community. Her passion for hockey and athletics is what led her to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences – Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College. Meagan’s current practice uses a combination of manual therapy techniques, education, and exercises tailored to the individuals’ specific needs/goals. She works with individuals to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that address the primary concerns, prevention of injury/re-injury, and enhancement of personal performance; all while working towards getting the individual back to the activities they enjoy! Ellie holds multiple degrees from the University of Toronto, including an M.Sc. in Physical Therapy and a B.Sc. with Honors in Physiotherapy. Her extensive career includes providing hands-on physiotherapy and hydrotherapy services in outpatient settings, managing physical therapy clinics, and developing physical therapy services for specialized programs, such as the Renal Program at Toronto General Hospital.

Dyan is a Registered Massage Therapist. She has been an RMT since 2000, with a focus on therapeutic rehabilitation. Over the years Dyan has taken numerous continuing education courses and programs to help her become the therapist she is today.
